You agree not to use the Pkel Cloud network for any illegal activities, including but not limited to hacking, spreading malware, or accessing prohibited content.
Cloud Networks reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if a user is found violating network security or consuming excessive bandwidth that affects other users.
All vouchers purchased for Pkel Cloud are non-refundable unless the service failure is caused by our core infrastructure.
The validity period of a plan starts from the moment of first activation/login.
Sharing a single account/voucher on multiple devices simultaneously is subject to the limitations of the specific plan you purchased.
Cloud Networks shall not be held liable for any data loss, hardware damage, or business interruptions that may occur while using the Pkel Cloud network. We provide the service on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
We employ the use of cookies. By accessing Pkel Cloud, you agreed to use cookies in agreement with the Cloud Networks Privacy Policy. Most interactive websites use cookies to let us retrieve the user's details for each visit.
Unless otherwise stated, Cloud Networks and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Pkel Cloud. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
In these Terms and Conditions, "User Content" shall mean any audio, video, text, images, or other material you choose to display or transmit over the network. Your content must not be infringing on any third party’s rights.
Cloud Networks is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this network you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the local laws, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts for the resolution of any disputes.
